Breakers Point Bungalow started off as a one room starter that grew with the family. Downstairs has a huge living room, eat in kitchen plus a bedroom and a bathroom. The staircase is accessed through the laundry room. Upstairs has two more bedrooms and one bath. Also a balcony to watch the sunsets or sunrise. All EA/Maxis and unfurnished.
