The Denver Starter is a tiny home that is perfect to grow with the expanding family. The living space is all open with a bathroom. Up stair has the one bedroom. There is room under the slanted roof to place a bathroom or nursery. You would have to play with the floors down if you do this. All EA/Maxis materials and unfurnished.
