Breakers Lighthouse is a small starter home with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Main level has living room and kitchen with an eat in kitchen. Third level has an bonus room with 360 degree views without the blinding light of a normal lighthouse. All EA/Maxis materials and unfurnished.
