An old factory was given a new life on the water front in Foxview Bay. It has two separate condos. First floor has all open floor plan so you can put the living room and kitchen where you want. Second level has bedroom and baths as do the third floor. All EA/Maxis materials and #unfurnished. Found in the Gallery under Libellule-Noir
